I am proud to say that the solutions were fully developed in-house by our skilled and creative team. This achievement is a testament to MTN Nigeria’s commitment to its Digital transformation program. This new digital store aims to deliver cost efficiency, reduce customer wait times, standardize services, and significantly enhance the overall customer experience. We have just released our 2023 Sustainability Report adopting the IFRS Foundation Sustainability Reporting Standards. We’re humbled to be a pioneer in Nigeria to have adopted these global reporting standards. At MTN Nigeria, we recognize the importance of creating long-term value for our stakeholders, which is reflected in our dedication to sustainability and as an early adopter of the IFRS global standards. The report highlights some of the strategies we’ve employed to integrate sustainability and ESG into our DNA. We are encouraged by our progress, especially our reputation index score of 84 and a 10.3% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions. We're committed to continued improvement and transparency, as we strive for net zero emissions by 2040. Some days ago, our CFO, Modupe KadriModupe Kadri FCCA, FCA, M.CIoD; CTO Mohammed Rufai Mohammed Rufai, and I visited our state-of-the-art data center, currently under construction. This impressive facility boasts 1,500 racks, the highest-level certification – Tier 4, and a 7-degree transmission, making it capable of delivering exceptional connectivity; expandable, and the largest in West Africa upon completion. I'm excited! Can you tell? The data centre is designed to enhance our capacity, enabling us to respond swiftly to market demands and support businesses in Nigeria, which aligns with one of the core pillars of our Ambition 2025 strategy to drive industry-leading connectivity operations. Our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles is reflected in the data center's eco-friendly design to utilize efficient cooling systems and a combination of traditional energy sources, gas, and renewable energy. Ultimately, this center will play a vital role in supporting Nigerian businesses to collaborate through cloud services, expand their capabilities, and thrive.
