We received our Ovajara bundles of joy! The Olayode family visited our headquarters to say a quick hello to our CEO, Mr. Carl Cruz, and the quadruplets' smiles lit up everyone’s day. Recall that the Olayode quadruplets were a total surprise to their young parents who were only expecting a pair of twins. However, the babies’ arrival not only multiplied the family’s joy; it also brought the idea of our Ovajara Bundles to life. Now you see why we will always love these babies! It has been a privilege for us to make a contribution to the quadruplets' wellbeing. Thank you, Olayode family, for inspiring us with your resilience and graciousness! #AirtelNigeria #Ovajara Airtel Nigeria Carl Cruz Femi Oshinlaja 'Femi(Ade) Adeniran, MBA,PMP,Scrum Master(CSM) Bolanle Osotule Sam Adeoye Afizat Olowoeshin

Airtel Nigeria marked International Customer Service Week (ICSW) 2024 with a series of exciting activities. Kicking the week off, our CEO Carl Cruz met with frontline employees, appreciating their unrelenting dedication to exceptional customer service. Our "Market Storm" initiative during the week deployed every staff member to the streets, as we connected directly with customers, gathering valuable feedback on how to better serve them with our SmartCash PSB, USSD, data bundles, voice calls, shops, customer care lines, and routers. The week concluded with a town hall led by Airtel Africa GCEO, Sunil Taldar, celebrating our renewed focus on the customer. Until the next Customer Service Week when we paint the town red again, every single day remains customer service day at Airtel! #ICSW2024 #CustomerExperience #AboveAndBeyond #ModayMotivation Airtel Africa Carl Cruz Femi Oshinlaja 'Femi(Ade) Adeniran, MBA,PMP,Scrum Master(CSM) Ismail Olusegun Adeshina Ifeoma Okafor-Obi (AM.IoD) Ogo Ofomata Harmanpreet Dhillon Raghvendra Gupta Adebimpe Ayo-Elias (FCIPM) Oladokun Oye
