Important Info

My Terms of Service must be read, understood and accepted with all the above terms before entering into an agreement with me. When you commission me and make a payment, you agree to the following information.Currently, all news about the opening of the commissions will be published mainly on Furaffinity, sometimes on Twitter. Use DM to contact me. I'm ready to discuss questions and additional information about my price list and ToS via DM as well.I will draw
• Anthro, feral, dragons, some fantasy, supernatural, humans and humanoids.
• Mythology creatures, monsters and other similar things.
• Fantasy/medieval/historical/original armor, clothing, and weapons.
• Blood themes, body horror, insects, symbolism stuff.
• Fanarts of games or/and series that I know and love.
• NSFW and sexual content, fetishes, breasts, genitals.
I do not draw
• Vore, MLP, Hyper, Scat, Babyfur, overweight/obese characters [healthy chub is okay!]
• Complex robot designs, military, machinery.
• Animal genitals (no exceptions).
• hyper (as in gigantic or exaggerated breasts or genitals).
• Micro or macro
• I reserve the right to reject any commission.
• Consider that your character will be reimagined in my style.
• As a customer you will be required to provide: commission type, character visual references, order description, your wishes and your PayPal address.

Payment & Turnaround
• I take 100% PAYMENT AFTER THE SKETCH-PHASE via PayPal.
• I only accept clear and concise visual references (refs, pictures, photos, etc.) and description of the commission idea. Your additional information should be brief, simple and related to the commission. Adding an extra character: +100% of commission price (ex. two characters = twice the cost of a single character image).• After sending you a Mail/DM accepting the commission, I will start working on the artwork. Next, I will send a sketch for your critique and approval. At your request I can provide you with more WIPs of the process.• If you wish to make changes, describe what to change in 1-2 messages. If you are asking make changes more than 3 times, I reserve the right to request extra payment. The use of red lines (correction lines) to make your corrections clearer is very welcome.• After you approve the sketch, I will send you the payment invoice.• I do not do changes on the finished pieces or on the completed commission. If you would like to make additional fixes not concerning coloration AFTER a previously approved sketch, there will be an additional fee. Please be sure you are confident in the sketch before I continue working on it.• EACH EXTRA CORRECTION COSTS 10% OF THE OVERALL COMMISSION’S COST.• My own mistakes (for example forgetting a marking or other detail) will be fixed at any stage for free.• If you wish to cancel your commission, I will refund you part of the original commission payment depending on the current stage of your commission (if the artwork is not started yet, you do not need to pay for the communication. If the cancellation was during the sketch stage, a 60% refund of original payment will be issued).• I also reserve the right to cancel your commission during the process due to unforeseen problems on my part or problems with communication and mutual understanding, in which case you will be refunded the full payment.• After the end of work on the commissioned artwork I will send you the Link where you can download a web-version (public, with a watermark) and a high-res version of the artwork (personal, without a watermark).• After I have finished your commission and get your approval (in any form), our deal is considered complete. This means that you cannot ask for additional work corrections and/or refunds.• If your ignoring and silence about accepting the commission exceeds 7 days after the completion of my work and the provision of links, I reserve the right to change the status of your commission to completed and publish it.• The normal term of time working on the commissioned artworks lasts no more than 2 months. I will inform you if this period is extended for unforeseen reasons.• I reserve all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. Artwork rights can be negotiated for an extra fee.• Every process of commissioned artworks can be posted in full or cropped Version on Twitter (if you don't wish to, please notify me).• You can create merchandise with my artwork for personal use and you may resize or crop the artwork to create graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot make changes to the artwork itself or remove the watermark from the public web-version. You may upload and share the artwork on other platforms and galleries with attribution of my authorship.• You may not profit from the commissioned artwork or its use (in digital or physical format).
