Hey there! I'm Nebula. I'm an illustrator and still learning animator that enjoys simplistic and colorful art.I'm 23, nonbinary, and use they/he/it pronouns. And love the aesthetic of the early 2000s. I am also neurodivergent (ADHD Autistic) and disabled with a chronic pain disorder. I enjoy bringing my love for different things to life through my art.My artstyle is mostly simplistic, I love to focus on bright colors with dark thick outer lines to make my art pop.I've been drawing for about 13-14 years and started when I was about 9. Mostly traditionally up until 2017-2018 when I began drawing digitally.

Payment: All payments Will be accepted through selected websites (Vgen, Paypal, Ko-Fi) and must be agreed upon in advance by both client and artist.Payments for commissions under 100 USD must be paid in full before starting the commission, and for over 100 USD, payment plans can be offered. If a payment plan is needed, the artist must be informed when purchasing, or you will be expected to pay in full.Prices:
All prices as subject to change based on complexity. Any additional add-ons not covered on the commission sheet will be added accordingly. All prices are non-negotiable.Refunds:
Once a commission is paid, and a sketch is sent and confirmed. NO refunds will be issued. If a commission needs to be refunded due to not being able to complete after the sketch phase, a 50% refund will be returned. Once it is past the lineart phase, commissions can only be canceled and no refund will be given.Commercialization: All commercial rights to the artwork belong to the Nebularium brand. Using any artwork without prior authorization for monetary or commercial use is not allowed. ANY ATTEMPTS TO CREATE NFT OR CRYPTO FROM PIECES OF THE ARTWORK ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED, AND VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED. By commissioning me you are recognizing that I have the right to use any artwork I make for you in my portfolio / to post the artwork online unless you specifically work out an agreement to keep said artwork private.Credit: If you post to another website, please link back to my page in the description, and credit me (Nebula). Linking to either my main (@Nebularium_) or (@NebulariumDoodlez) Both accounts are valid forms of credit.Revisions: During the commission process, multiple WIPs will be sent so you can check the progress of the artwork and request revisions if needed. I will send WIPs for the initial sketch, the lineart, flat colors, and shading as they are completed. As well as additional WIPs for extra frames if it is an animation. Small changes like altering colors or adjusting something to match the accuracy of the character is free. Major edits like changing the pose, or drawing an entire new outfit will cost extra. Please be as detailed as possible when writing down what you want, and be sure of what you want before sending it! NOTE: Any additional addons/revisions that were not included in the original commission will cost an additional fee.Turnaround Time: Please allow 4-6 weeks after the finalization of payment and it is your turn on the queue for your commission to be completed. More complex pieces (Animations, PNGTubers, etc.) May require more time to complete, and will be discussed at the time of purchase. If you order multiple pieces at once, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks per additional item. If a direct estimate is wanted for your commission, please do not hesitate to ask me! If you need anything done quickly, please ask me about rush fees!Note: Rush fees are only available when slots are open, not when I'm taking things for a waitlist.Final Product: Once your commission is paid in full, and the artwork(s) have been completed. You will receive a high-resolution art piece (Pieces will usually come in either a .png file or a .gif file). Items will not be shipped, as all goods are digital and there is no physical product.Rights and Legal Information:
Once your commission is complete and sent over, you are allowed to use the art as icons/banners and post to any social media(s) or wherever, as long as proper credit is given.

However, you may not do any of the following:
- Reproduce the art to sell, make, or products for commercial use of the art.
- Claim that you created the art, or fail to credit me for the artwork.
- Create cryptocurrency of ANY kind using artwork I have made.
*NOTE: The exception to any of these is any type of commission that already has commercial use included, as commercial rights are already included in their pricing.
