We recently had the official launch of the Modular Training Methodology in MULTIVAC Southern Africa and MULTIVAC Namibia for all our employees.   The concept was approved at the end of last year whereafter development of material started in all earnest. The initial focus is on Product Knowledge and more specifically, Consumables. In future, the scope will be widened to include other areas of our business, targeting the Skills requirements described in the Skills Matrix for all job titles.    We recently ran a pre-launch trial with Module 1 of the first program, with good results and positive feedback. During this phase we trained a recently appointed group in Heidelberg and also our KZN branch. Thank you to Dirk Swart for all your efforts put into this new program.

MULTIVAC will be presenting a comprehensive range of slicing equipment, which extends from entry-level solutions to high-output machines, for the food sector at the Anuga FoodTec in Cologne. With our new Professional Series we can now also offer small and medium-sized businesses a range of cost-effective solutions, which serve as an entry-level into industrial-scale slicing. It will also be possible to see the new slicers in the Advanced and Performance series, which offer industrial-scale slicing with medium to high output quantities, and which can be integrated into automated line solutions.
