Our dedicated Watches team, comprising a diverse mix of retail managers, sales executives, and five team members from HQ, embarked on a comprehensive journey to deepen their knowledge and skills in the world of horology. Guided by a Hong Kong-based expert with nearly 20 years of experience, the training covered technical, historical, and cultural aspects of the watch industry. After 2 days of intensive learning and an 80-question assessment, they are now certified Watch Advisors. Congratulations to all for completing the FHH Watch Advisor Training! We have exciting news to share! Vclub, Valiram's social activity community, has now gathered over 500 official members across four countries in less than six months.    As we continue expanding into new markets, Vclub Badminton has appointed a new lead for our Travel Retail team at KLIA, marking another significant milestone. Last Friday, we kicked off our first session, and it was a blast! 🏸   Our Vclub members, including a special appearance from our Country GM, Ajay Ramachandran, brought their A-game, enjoyed spirited matches, and most importantly, strengthened our team spirit. Over three days, we donated essential food items, groceries, delicious treats, and tokens of appreciation. Our team also brought joy by playing carrom and board games with the residents. Recently, our Employee Experience and Talent Acquisition Teams, in collaboration with our esteemed brands TWG Tea, Läderach, and Bacha Coffee, successfully hosted the very first Talent-Industry Outreach Engagement at Politeknik METrO Kuala Lumpur! A total of 140 students from Retail Operations, Hotel Management, and Information Technology, along with 10 PMKL representatives and 13 Valiram team members, participated in the event. They engaged in brand workshops, gained insights into the luxury retail industry, enjoyed product displays and free goodies, and attended on-site part-time interviews.
