Since 1979, I progressed from a general laborer to senior management, eventually launching my own design and build business. Leading the digital monitoring sector, we team up with software developers for virtual reality training. Our motto: "Don't ask a question unless you've searched on ChatGPT." This fosters self-reliance and continuous learning, keeping us at the industry's forefront and driving our success.

Effectively conveying my vision to both leaders and technicians is vital to ensure they remain engaged and aligned. In our business, we balance daily projects with functioning as a technical school, so maintaining strong disciplines is essential. It's crucial for them to see the end goal from both our perspective and the customer's, whether it involves a repair or a complete rebuild and retrofit.
