Meet James, a PM Mechanic at one of our Kansas City, MO plants who made his way to Niagara through the incredible Heroes MAKE America program after transitioning out of active duty. “Niagara has made my transition from the military easy by being accommodating and taking care of everything I need. I feel very supported as I grow in Maintenance. My leader has made training a priority for our team, especially from specialized techs who are more than willing to help us get hands-on and teach us the skills we need to do our jobs. We work well together because my team is always all in when I or someone else needs them. You don't find this environment and experience everywhere!”
