Estamos muy emocionados de presentar oficialmente Latus, la firma de consultoría boutique de grupo Addem, especializada en el asesoramiento y estructuración financiera de rondas de deuda y capital. Desde nuestro comienzo hemos logrado encontrar proyectos con gran potencial, que se han enfrentado a los mismos problemas; falta de financiamiento y asesoramiento estratégico. Como resultado, hemos generado un grupo enfocado en la mejora del emprendimiento en Latinoamérica; en Addem Capital proveemos los recursos económicos para operar, en Latus les ayudaremos a definir cómo. Porque no basta con tener fondeo, es indispensable usarlo adecuadamente. A través de Latus seguiremos avanzando en nuestra misión; lograr que en Latinoamérica el acceso a financiamiento sea el motor, no el impedimento. - We are thrilled to present officially Latus, our boutique consulting firm, specializing in financial advisory and structuration of debt and equity rounds. Since our beginnings, we’ve been able to uncover projects with huge potential that have encounter the same problems, lack of funds, and strategic guidance. As a result, we have created a group focused on potentiating entrepreneurship in Latin America; in Addem Capital we provide them with financial resources to operate, in Latus we’ll help them define how. Through Latus, we’ll keep moving forward in our mission to achieve that access to financing becomes the engine of LATAM, not an obstacle. Latus will help generate a potential pipeline for Addem Capital and deepen the knowledge of the group.
