In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. NIIKO: The earlier music memories that stick out to me were listening to bands such as Counting Crows, Pearl Jam, The Who, U2, and more on long road trips with my family. Inspired by all of this I started taking guitar lessons. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Avicii, True Calvin Harris, 18 Months R.E.M., Out of Time 2016 Remaster SWAE: Calvin Harris' "18 Months" and Avicii's "True" were two of the albums that got me into producing and DJ'ing (and two of the best albums of all time still). Out Of Time by REM is a classic and ode to the music I grew up around from my family! Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Together Again” NIIKO: I can remember every little detail from our session on the day we made Together Again. I think its all the happy memories/the amazing people we worked with that made this track so memorable. It will always have a special place in our hearts! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? SWAE: I think the most memorable moment of our career so far was our Coachella set in April of 2023. To see the thousands of fans who showed up early in the afternoon to slam the Heineken House with us was a moment we truly will never forget! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? NIIKO: We have lots left to accomplish on our "bucket list" or "goals list" but one of the top priorities is becoming a headliner at every major dance music festival in the US and internationally. We manifest this daily!
