“I’m looking forward to the summertime memories we’ll be making as a group,” says Jihoon of TWS, as their second EP is set to light up the summer of K-pop. The six-piece’s ideal soundtrack to the sunny season incorporates a wide range of sounds and moods, taking in the ache of romantic yearning as well as some fizzing, high-energy pop. “Season-wise, these are summertime songs,” Hanjin says. “The tracks give comfort, while also boosting your confidence and energy.” Kyungmin, meanwhile, has a more novel suggestion: “I think these songs would be nice to listen to while taking a shower!”
