We are looking for our next Marketing Manager/Executive (already located in Mauritius) He/she will be responsible to plan, organize, coordinate and implement all marketing - related activities pertaining to all brands distributed by the company, in collaboration with the vendors and Brand Managers. If you are not already a true team player and/or creativity is not your cup of tea, then this job is not for you :)   Main Duties: To work in close collaboration with the brand Managers to elaborate marketing plans and identify opportunities. To provide reports of performance of the different marketing campaigns conducted. To ensure that all marketing materials are in line with our brand identity and those of the brands represented. To prepare and manage the marketing budgets of the company and the different vendors. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the COO. Qualifications & Competencies Required: Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Digital Marketing or any equivalent qualification. Minimum 5 years in a marketing department. Minimum two years’ experience in managing a team. English/French speaking Efficient and productive. Ability to deliver high quality of work. Provides effective solutions to problems. Shows initiative and proactive attitude in leading projects. Shows creativity at work and brings innovative ideas. Ability to identify company's needs and demonstrate creativity. Should be able to leverage technology to increase efficiency. Good negotiation skills and know-how. Ability to work with the different sales teams. Time Management and good organisation is crucial to deal with the different departments. Event and financial management.
