Satoshi Ōmura [satoɕi oːmu͍ɽa] (大村 智 , Ōmura Satoshi, lahir 12 Julai 1935) ialah ahli biokimia Jepun. Beliau terkenal dengan penemuan dan perkembangan pelbagai farmaseutikal yang asalnya berlaku dalam mikroorganisma.[1] Pada 2015, beliau dianugerahkan Hadiah Nobel dalam Fisiologi atau Perubatan bersama William C. Campbell dan Tu Youyou.[2][3][4][5]
