Who is Momo?

The Momo App helps caregivers answer the question: "Who needs me?” At a single glance, the caregivers gain an overview of all residents in the nursing home. The Momo App increases job satisfaction by enabling more personalized care, reducing false alarms, and eliminating unnecessary check rounds and paperwork For residents, the result is fewer falling incidents and better sleep.
The insights in the app are provided by our own sensor network. The app, sensor network and services support caregivers in care homes around the world.
The most important aspects of the role
🏗️Set up marketing structure: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy and framework to streamline our efforts and maximize impact.
💞Coordinate marketing initiatives: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns that drive engagement and support for caregivers.
Other responsibilities
- Maintain brand consistency: Ensure that all communication materials across teams are consistent with our brand guidelines.
- Develop engaging content: Utilize design principles, templates, and illustrations to craft visually appealing and impactful content.
- Listen and Support: Engage with caregivers to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback to ensure our services and resources meet their needs.
- Communicate with Compassion: Use your exceptional communication skills to connect with caregivers and your colleague to provide them with the support they need.
Who are you?
- Hands-on Leader: Take an active role in the team by creating content and coordinating projects.
- Marketing Strategist: Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Empathetic Listener: Exceptional listening skills with a genuine passion for understanding and supporting caregivers.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, including design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Bilingual: Excellent Dutch language skills and proficiency in English, as most marketing materials are in Dutch and the company language is English.
