Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree go-to-market strategies, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, content creation, and events. * Design integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, focusing on both digital and traditional platforms. * Analyze market trends and audience demographics to optimize marketing strategies and achieve targeted outcomes. * Provide comprehensive brand and communication support, ensuring the production of high-quality marketing materials. * Manage offline media buying and partnerships, coordinating with external vendors and partners. * Collaborate with digital marketing teams to implement online campaigns and optimize performance metrics. * Support sales force and partnership activation, including influencer and referral marketing campaigns. * Oversee telemarketing team performance, optimizing lead conversion rates. * Develop and manage marketing budgets, controlling customer acquisition costs and tracking marketing spend. * Ensure effective channel management, performance tracking, and reporting, while maintaining brand consistency and quality assurance. Required Competencies: * Proven experience in strategic marketing planning and execution, with a focus on achieving measurable business growth. * Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing, campaign management, and optimizing marketing budgets. * Understanding of branding principles and marketing attribution models, with preferred experience in the education sector. * Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing market trends.
