SFERA International – Founded in Bitola, with a dedicated mission to raise awareness and educate the communities throughout North Macedonia and EU countries, through non-formal education methods about environmental protection, cultural and natural heritage, healthy lifestyle, long-term sustainable youth development, Human Rights, and active participation through volunteerism in North Macedonia and Europe. The NGO works on topics and issues focusing in environment protection and recycling, sport and health, art and creativity, team building, non-formal education methods and youth work, discrimination and democracy, human rights, professional and leadership skills development, and competences development for young people. We look for youth who are eager to get involved in their community. Through the organization workshops and other activities, we encourage youth to development their skills such as leadership, communication, creativity, public speaking and presentation, round-table debates, mediation, facilitation, conflict resolution, project writing and implementation.
