I just completed this game this morning after Jonathan Blow recommended it on Twitter / X several months ago. What a beautiful and intriguing puzzle game.

The different "layers" of puzzles give the game a great sense of place and exploration, even in such an abstract game.

Well done! Now on to NUVAVULT!

Spectacular game, too cheap in my opinion! I wouldn't have bet much on it with that price.

It was designed for Android, so I made it a little cheaper here. Thanks for the feedback though!

Fabulous game! I'm a huge fan of _The Witness_, and Heikō really scratches that itch. Thank you!

I think I must have missed one of the rules. The first (rotating) puzzle in the bottom-rightmost level seems like you need to have the bottom left spinner changed to white to make the desired shape, but that leaves 1 extra permanent white hex.

Did I miss a rule? This is as close as I can get, and I've been struggling with this puzzle for about a week.

Glad you like it! You're not missing anything, all the spinners do need to be off like you have in the screenshot, but the arrangement isn't quite right for the bottom left shape.

Thanks for the speedy reply! I'm still pretty sure I'm missing something. The two orientations I can find for the bottom left both seem to be impossible:

1) Right-facing doesn't work since it touches the top-right shape three hexes long (and that long shape can't take the other orientation since that would touch the top-left shape)

2) Left-facing doesn't work because it requires the spinner to be white (which leaves you with an extra hex)

Here's how I see it.

Yep, neither of those will work 😂 are there any other arrangements for it?

Ahh, I was convinced the bottom left shape could only have 2 orientations. I found the third and solved it.

Thanks, I hate it when my brain convinces me there's a bug in software, when the bug is in my own brain!

Really enjoying this on Android so far. Am I missing a control for marking a spot as "proven black"? I'm having to remember which spots I know and which I don't more than I'd like.

Glad you're enjoying it! The "mark" feature did exist earlier in development, but I ended up removing it because it was rarely needed and was difficult to present to the player in a straightforward way. I appreciate it's frustrating when you do need it, but it's a good excuse to draw it out on some paper I guess!

Got it. I definitely appreciate wanting to keep the design tight to what is widely used. Fwiw, the intuitive control that I would guess for it would be long press, which I don't think is used for anything else yet. Either way, enjoying it a lot!
