Reason(s): Here's what I found:

  1. Both users have performed the exact same vandalizing behaviors at w:zh:中国省级行政区面积列表. Krapoihcgniy removed 389 characters from the article, while Esorkap did the same thing 3 times a few days later;
  2. Both usernames were formed in similar structures: a combination of pure Roman letters that has no apparent meaning, with the first letter capitalized;
  3. Both users appear to be using traditional Chinese characters only.

I'm definitely not the only person for discussion and submitting requests, but please first submit your request to zh:WP:RFCUHAM for a local discussion. We do also have a policy of three kinds of cases that does not require a RFCU process, but these policies could only be executed when there exist local CUers, and only by local CUers. --Innocentius Aiolos 13:25, 31 May 2018 (UTC)

Reason(s): User:Hatake is a problematic and prolific sock creator in SQwiki. After his latest sock user:Zall-herr was banned by an admin on SQwiki, we suspect that he created a new one. He's very experienced and in just a couple of days has edited a lot of articles Hatake and his socks edited.See this report. He also reverted some changes in an article where one of his previous socks called user:Qiqrra had caused an edit war before1. They got similar expressions when they are creating articles that violate COI and violate Terms of Service (undisclosed paid editing). Please check if there are any other sockpuppets of Assezde.Paroles and Blissmediaus as other accounts are Stale. Reason(s): User:Hatake (master) is a prolific sock creator in the Albanian Wikipedia (SQwiki), who is inofficially backed and encouraged by one administrator there. He refuses to block his new sockpuppets even when there is evident proof that they're sockpuppets. Ever since he was blocked in January he has been creating one sockpuppet after another. These include: User:Llazgo, User:Fapaf, User:Qiqrra etc. As soon as his latest socks User:GjonBdeku and user:Dedalia were discovered and blocked, after a checkuser request here, we suspect that he created a new sockpuppet called user:Zall-herr. This new user seems experienced and in just a few days he has edited a lot of articles Hatake and his socks edited as well. User:Zall-herr is the new sockpuppet created by User:Hatake in SQwiki. He insults and attacks people all the time (example: Misto Treska ). I have behavioral evidence as well, this means that the case is confirmed. As one of the people attacked by him, I confirm Zall-herr is just another sockpuppet of Hatake, created just 1 day after his latest socks user:Dedalia and user:GjonBdeku were discovered and blocked. If the administrator 1l2l3k wanted Hatake's sock Zall-herr to be blocked, he would've been blocked by now. It's two weeks since Zall-herr was confirmed as a sock, yet 1l2l3k didn't lift a finger to block him. 1l2l3k is the same admin who blocked a random anonymous IP with 1 edit for being a "sock of Udha", despite his behavior showing no correlation to user:Udha.1 Also he blocked user:Arkivisti with no reason (Arkivisti was just asking to protect article [1] from vandalism!!!) encouraging Zall-herr and giving him privileges to control most articles in SQwiki. Yet somehow he cannot recognize a sock by Hatake even when he's presented with evidence, even after we successfully discovered 13 Hatake socks on our own since December while informing him (1) first about each new sock?! 1l2l3k even has a personal list of most Hatake socks! Please help us, as we don't know how to stop him.

Instead of copying and reposting my archived request, you could've just continued the discussion there. Contrary to what 1l2l3k claims here, he most likely knows Zall-herr is a sock, as he explicitly asked him this on his talk page.1 Why would one ask X out of the blue if he was Y unless he actually suspects him of being Y?--Udha (talk) 12:02, 8 May 2018 (UTC)
You're right Udha. I don't understand why they don't block Hatake and his sockpuppets forever from Wikipedia (not just for one week or one month). If there is anyone still doubting, just have a look at what's happening at SQwiki in the last days... More than 15 sockpuppets created by Hatake! @Cinephile-al: user:Ruslik0 said it's confirmed if there is behavioral evidence1, and 1l2l3k sees the behavioral evidence too 1 otherwise he wouldn't have asked him if he's Hatake, so if he refuses to admit it and block Zall-Herr then just go to another administrator.--Udha (talk) 17:20, 8 May 2018 (UTC)

For the record, you didn't block him. Another admin did. You had plenty of time to do so but you refused, as you claimed here that there was no behavioral evidence, but as I showed in my post above you were lying. The IP user:1l2l3k added to the checkuser request, started throwing a fit, vandalizing articles related to communism but also artists and historians whom user:Hatake views as being communist. For the record, Hatake is an ardent anti-communist. The IP started throwing insults. Then when he vandalized some of my articles like this one instead of giving a reason he insulted me "pis i paburre" (Hatake often calls me "unmanly"). Then he vandalized another article including words like "unmanly" and "wicked" in the reasoning (In Albanian wicked is "i paUDHË", a word play for my username Udha)2. When an anonymous IP reverted his vandalism, the troll IP reverted all the edits back giving something like "I reverted Udha" as a reason and throwing some additional insults at me. He then went on to vandalize my User Page and accuse another user of being my sock. Afterwards he created the account User:Barnabë Trohasi. Besides pretty much openly admitting that he's Hatake in his very first edit, insulting the "communists" on SQwiki, he reverted some of his vandalism back, but continued insulting me with his new account "pis i flliqt"--Udha (talk) 18:59, 8 May 2018 (UTC)

That’s true. Admin 1|2|3k didn’t block Hatake sock Zall-herr, but admin Liridon did it yesterday and just for one week (waiting for checkuser response here). Instead of reporting other people here with no relevance at all, instead of supporting Zall-herr in every article, instead of blocking one of the best contributors in SQwiki for 3 months (!!! user:Udha); Administrator 1|2|3k should block Hatake, the Master of Puppets in SQwiki, responsible for all the mess. 09:43, 9 May 2018 (CEST)

There is no vandalism by anyone else except Hatake/Zall-herr/Barnabë etc, and except for the dozens of calls directed to admin 1|2|3k to protect the neutral version of "Misto Treska" article from Hatake and his 15 sockpuppets malicious and dirty attacks pushing the same POV. I find it interesting that user:1l2l3k didn't need any checkuser confirmation in order to block user:Cinephile-al on SQwiki for creating socks, yet he refuses to block Hatake's sock Zall-Herr, despite him being confirmed as a sock on Meta. User:1l2l3k also isn't blocking User:Barnabe Trohasi despite the fact that he pretty much admitted he's Hatake.see here User:1l2l3k has no problem with blocking IPs for supposedly being socks of banned users, especially of those users who have accused him of abusing his position as a (temporary) administrator. He blocked user:SnSlol and an IP with 2 edits for supposedly being a sock of user:Cinephile-al (see his accusations against 1l2l3k above)2, and also an IP with 1 edit for supposedly being my sock.[3. On the other hand he didn't block the vandalist IP 185.22.172.17 for being a sock of Hatake despite the behavioral evidence I presented above; on the contrary he added that IP to the checkuser request here. It is evident that user:1l2l3k uses double standards. He supports Hatake and retaliates against those who speak out about his abuses. User creates new accounts, 3 or 4 a day on and off for a few years now. For some of these new account nothing happens. Good number of them makes one sometimes two edits, occasionally useful but usually pointless or minor. Sometimes creates page just to create work for other contributors to clean up.
