Wikicionario
O Wikicionario, Galicionario en galego, é un proxecto aberto para crear dicionarios en todas as linguas O primeiro Wikicionario foi o Wiktionary en inglés, creado por Brion Vibber o 12 de decembro de 2002. Seguírono os dicionarios en francés e polonés un ano despois, o 22 de marzo de 2004. O 1 de maio de 2004, Tim Starling iniciou os Wikicionarios en todas as linguas nas que había unha Wikipedia, chegando aos 143 Wikicionarios. A páxina “Peticións de permisos para Wiktionary” creouse o 2 de maio, para que os stewards puideran tratar o aumento do número de peticións que requiren dereitos de administrador para acceder aos novos proxectos. Máis tarde fusionouse con “Peticións de permisos”.

Languages that use Wikipedia to serve their Wiktionary
- The Alemannic Wiktionary has been created as a separate namespace within the Alemannic Wikipedia.
- The Bavarian Wiktionary has been created as a separate namespace within the Bavarian Wikipedia.
- The Literary Chinese Wiktionary has been created as subpages within the project namespace of the Literary Chinese Wikipedia.
- The Rhine Franconian Wiktionary has been created as a separate namespace within the Rhine Franconian Wikipedia.
- The Scots Wiktionary has been created as a separate namespace within the Scots Wikipedia. For historical reasons, the incubator:wt/sco test project co-exists, but it is planned to migrate to the Scots Wikipedia.
