IT Services
IT Services (ITS) Team delivers support by providing a portfolio of services, tools, and resources in order to maintain the Organization’s internal operational infrastructure and meet the needs of business operations and our mission. ITS’ portfolio of services include: technical support, A/V support, systems & infrastructure, security & network support, and onsite services. ITS consists of four sub-teams, Service Desk, Working Environments, A/V and Systems Team. The Team is committed to maintaining a robust and responsive IT environment.
How we work
editITS works internally with all departments, including Board Members via our Deputy Chief of Staff to provide technical service & support. We foster a collaborative environment by providing the technical tools to enhance an internal working environment that empowers individuals to contribute their best.
Service Desk
First tier service and support; documentation; hardware/software provisioning.
Systems
Systems Infrastructure administration, maintenance and improvements; Security and Network maintenance and service.
A/V
Virtual and Onsite audio/visual meeting maintenance and support.
Working Environments
San Francisco onsite services including convenings and facility maintenance; shipping and postal services.
