We've added the web version for easier access, but we recommend downloading the Windows or Mac version because it will give you better performance and supports controllers with up to 4 players.

Overview 

1-4 players compete to be the stealthiest Secret Ingredient in this couch party game (playable single-player too). As a Secret Ingredient, you must disguise yourself with other flavors to conceal your true nature. You have two minutes to collect the perfect combination of sauces, spices, and other flavors from around the kitchen before your target arrives.

This is our entry into the 2024 GitHub Game Off, which had the theme of "secrets".

We didn't join the game jam until the 14th, so we focused solely on the main game mechanics to get a fully functional end-to-end prototype of the local multiplayer version of the game, which means we didn't get to add all the things we hoped to like music/sounds, better results screens, online multiplayer, character selection, multiple kitchens/maps, ragdoll-ish models, and cleaned up visuals overall. But... we're proud of getting the full concept to where it is and will keep working on it past this game jam.
