Free Class-Based Character Set

About this Pack

This pack of game assets is a collection of artwork that was commissioned for a game; the game has since moved on from needing these graphics and the client has given permission for them to be released publicly for free. I've never released commissioned work after the fact, but between not wanting these to fade away on my computer and a persistent shortage of diverse character designs, I decided to do just that.

This pack consists of four fully illustrated characters with bright designs and costumes that pull from a variety of influences to create a unique look and feel for a fantasy world. The designs are made with a shared class system in mind, with each character having a base design and 4 alternate class designs. They are ambiguous and flexible enough to be used in many ways! The set also includes character icons for use in menus in two different styles for each of the 4 alternate class designs. (The base design does not include an icon)

On top of that, all characters come with 9 expressions that are included on all of their costumes!

I've included a download for both PSD and PNG versions of the files. Both downloads include the same content, simply formatted differently.
