Moves and Abilities in the anime
As a general rule, we don't list Pokémon as having certain Abilities or knowing certain moves unless they are explicitly stated. Please abide by these rules when editing on Bulbapedia. Bulbapedia is a community-driven encyclopedia, and pushing your own views while ignoring those of others, especially those of staff members, goes against our purpose. If you strongly feel there is reason to list certain moves or Abilities, please discuss it on the talk page of the article, and do not edit the page to suit your own opinions unless a conclusion has been met. Thank you. --Carmen★ (Talk | contribs) 19:41, 4 May 2017 (UTC)
- Again, please don't assume abilities or moves. The writer can make Mimikyu's ability something else because they just can, they don't have to follow the games when it comes to moves or abilities.--ForceFire 04:07, 14 May 2017 (UTC)
- But that's like the writers giving Ash's Rowlet the blaze ability. - unsigned comment from BulbasaurRepresent167 (talk • contribs)
- That example is a terrible one, of course it'd be ridiculous for the writers to give Rowlet the ability Blaze. However, they can give Gengar the ability Intimidate simply because it's a ghost. They can do whatever they want, they are not confined to the rules of the games, as long as it makes sense somewhat. Also, please sign your comments when you make the comment, not after you've made the comment.--ForceFire 05:09, 17 May 2017 (UTC)

Signing
Please remember to always sign your comments. You can sign your comments with 4 tildes (~) or clicking the signature stamp () on the top of the edit box. It should also be noted that once your comment has been marked as unsigned, you cannot replace it with your signature as it will give off the wrong time stamp. Thank you for taking your time to read this message, have a good day. --ForceFire 04:02, 14 May 2017 (UTC)
Making edits as you please
Please don't just make an edit after you've brought it up on the talk page, it is very arrogant. Wait for someone to respond to your comment before deciding to take any action. Thank you.--ForceFire 07:17, 2 August 2017 (UTC)
