Effect
In Pokémon Omega Ruby, the Magma Suit allows the player to reach Groudon's chamber in the Cave of Origin. It is later used in the climax of the Delta Episode to ride Mega Rayquaza into space and confront Deoxys.

The Magma Suit appeared in The Scoop, where it was seen being worn by a Trainer while using Mega Rayquaza to destroy a meteor and subsequently battle a Deoxys.

Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire arc
The Magma Suit first appeared in Kyogre Returns, under the possession of the second Tabitha. When Ruby and Sapphire later prepared to ride Mega Rayquaza into space to destroy Grand Meteor Delta in Omega Alpha Adventure 21, Ruby was given the Magma Suit to wear for the journey. For this purpose, the suit was upgraded in several ways, including with a set of Key Stones provided by the Devon Corporation in order to Mega Evolve Rayquaza.

- A replica of the Magma Suit helmet can be bought from Atticus at the Porto Marinada Market in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
