Celebrating our digital wins! #RimiEstonia together with its agency “Vaas” is honoured to receive the highest level awards at “Digital Act of the Year” 🏆 The following activities received the award: 📱Branding in social media - Rimi TikTok; 🤖 Web development - Rimi x Adact - Rimi Smart game. "We keep our brand inspiring by offering fun, engaging content and utilizing gamification as a new tool that resonates with our customers. This helps us create a brand they can connect with. We're happy that our efforts have been recognized," says Marta Vihtre, #RimiEstonia Marketing Manager.

Rimi Employees will help 198 people through blood donations! ❤️ Every quarter, #RimiLatvia organizes a special event: a visit from the Valsts asinsdonoru centrs! This provides Rimi employees with the opportunity to make a difference and help those in need. With the recent announcement of a blood shortage in Latvia, almost 70 Rimi colleagues stepped up to donate blood, saving the lives of nearly 200 people! Thank to all Rimi employees who joined to help the society!

Last week we welcomed our newest team members to our traditional #RimiLatvia Newcommers’ Day! 🤝 As we believe that great onboarding, is part of the employees' further successful development, our colleagues who joined us in the past three months, had the chance to learn about Rimi's culture, and operations, ask questions, and connect with our leadership team. We especially thank our HR management team, PR manager Inga Bite, Rimi Private Label ambassador Samanta Ganiņa, and our company's management for sharing their insights and experiences. Back-to-school season is here! Congratulations to all students, especially those starting their first year of school! 📚 🎒To support our employees, Rimi has provided special gifts for their first-grade children. In total, 244 young scholars across the Baltic have received new school bags to help them start the year right!

Family days at the #RimiLatvia office! 🥳 🎉Every end of August, #RimiLatvia employees and their children are invited to the Rimi Family Day. What does this mean? Kids can spend a full day at their parents' or relatives' workplace, enjoying various activities, and being introduced to the retail world. 💡There was something for everyone from crafting workshops and puppet shows to VR experiences, science demonstrations, silent discos, and tours of our premises, including our logistics centre! 🤩 This event allows kids to explore their parents', grandparents' or relatives' working environment, spend quality time together, and create lasting memories before the autumn schedule begins!

The international non-profit organization, The Zero Project, focuses on researching and sharing innovative solutions that support the rights of people with disabilities worldwide. Rimi is honored to be shortlisted as the Most Loved Brand in the Latvia for 2024! 🏆 Last Friday, we were happy to receive this recognition as part of the Baltic Brand Forum, which will take place on September 20th. The Latvian Olympic Committee (LOC) hosted a special fan event on Monday, inviting fans to meet the athletes who represented Latvia at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. ⛹♂️ 🏐Fans were invited to gather at the Rimi Olympic Center in Riga to thank the athletes for their dedication and performance. The event offered a chance for fans to meet their favourite athletes - 3x3 basketball players Francis Gustavs Lācis, Zigmārs Raimo, and Nauris Miezis, beach volleyball player Tīna Graudiņa, BMX freestyle rider Ernests Sēbolds, and track and field athlete Līna Mūze-Sirmā. Fans could get autographs, compete in various sports-themed activities prepared by Rimi, and even try out athletes' favourite snacks from Rimi. 🏃♀️ Let's be active and enjoy a healthy lifestyle!
