We are developing organs on a chip that are miniature organ replicas outside human body. We are focusing on microbiome and gut on on chip that allows to develop drugs more effective and study biological processes. We are also developing easy to use instrument to run experiments on the chips.

We're pleased to share that Arnis Strods from our team recently held a training session on Cellbox Labs organ on chip technology at the Max Delbrück Center in Berlin. Ulrika Beitnere Ph.D. and Till Janotte attended, learning practical skills in cell cultivation using our organ on chip device. The session included interactive discussions, enabling participants to exchange experiences and ask questions. We look forward to seeing the achievements that will come from using Cellbox Labs system. 📈 FUNDING ANNOUNCEMENT! We are happy to share that we have raised a 935 000 EUR pre-seed round to develop an automated organ on chip technology for more effective drug development. Cellbox Labs' patent-pending technology allows for significant reductions in the hands-on time required for everyday work and increases throughput. The round was led by the hardware investor Buildit VC, with participation from business angels from Latvian Business Angels Network managed by Girts Licis and Ansis Spridzans, ASP Asset Management AIFP. This investment will enable us to complete the development of our automated organ on chip culturing platform and start sales. We will present our technology at the MPS World Summit 2024 in Seattle from June 10-14 and at the EUROoCS Annual Meeting 2024 from July 3-7 in Milan.
