As a member of the Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest Executive Team, this newly created role is responsible for all Human Resources efforts in support of LSS-SW’s Strategic Plan and organizational health goals.
Working closely with the Chief Finance Officer and Chief Program Officer, you and your team would design and implement the organization’s People Strategy which includes diversity, equity and inclusion, recruitment and selection, onboarding and orientation, rewards approaches (including compensation, benefits programs, employee recognition and rewards), staff learning and development, employee relations, and regulatory compliance at the national, state and local levels.
This role requires:
- a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development or similar AND greater than ten (10) years’ experience in Human Resources roles, including at least 3 years leading a Human Resources team
- current certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
Salary Range $90 -110k.
