What fantastic news to end the week! Our beloved co-head of Revantage Europe, Diana Hoffmann, is taking on this additional role as Global Chief Operating Officer. We look forward to her return to Luxembourg soon and can't wait to see everything she will accomplish in this new global role.    We also extend our best wishes to Brett Kauffman as he embarks on leading the APAC region. Innovation and creativity are at the core of who we are. Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting the second round of #Innov8, a global idea competition that aims to give colleagues from around the world the opportunity to make a true impact within Revantage.   It was incredible to see over 170 colleagues from all regions sign up and share their original ideas.   In Luxembourg, our talented team members presented to Senior Leadership their unique perspectives to drive innovation and growth. Thanks to our 28 REU teams who participated and congratulations to the 14 among them that have reached this advanced stage!   We eagerly await the final round in Chicago. Being proud to be part of the Charte de la Diversité Lëtzebuerg, we continue to join forces to act for diversity! This week, we celebrated Diversity Day with a vibrant Cake & Culture event - an initiative to donate funds to Femmes en Detrésse, a non-profit organization that supports women and children at risk.    We marked Diversity Day with a delicious journey sampling cakes from across the world, all lovingly baked by our talented team - we're privileged to learn and collaborate with over 52 nationalities, enriching our experiences and our workplace.    Thanks to all the participants!   #DiversityDay24 #Inclusion #Inpursuitofbetter
