📣 Save the date for the International Moon Day hosted at Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) on 20 July 📣 🌑 The next decade has the extraordinary potential to see more missions to the Moon, enabling humanity to understand more about our natural satellite and our place in the universe, as well as set the scene for the next step: the red planet, Mars. The lunar surface contains diverse wonders that trigger the curiosity of an array of expertise: from mapping its surface, to understanding the composition of regolith and the ways it can enable a more sustainable human presence in space, the Moon is a multidisciplinary wonder. 🗓 Join us on Saturday 20 July 2024 for a fascinating edition of the International Moon Day, focused on scientific work dedicated to our natural satellite. The first part of the day will be dedicated to talks given by researchers in the field, while in the afternoon there will be an opportunity to network and exchange.
