✔ WORK HIGHLIGHT - Elvinger Hoss Prussen and ELVINGER US have provided legal advice to New Mountain Capital in the formation, fund raising and financing activities of their New Mountain Partners VII fund, a private equity fund focusing on business building and growth in acyclical industries. The fund closed with a total capital commitment of $15.4 billion. The fund team was composed of Partner Thibaut Partsch, Senior Associate Luc Marchioni and Associates Raffaella Colosimo, Julie Leclercq and Deniz Aktaş.
