You will also provide support to the expansion of our management company business. 📝 Key Responsibilities: - Implement operational processes and control frameworks for Fund Administration, including NAV calculations, fund accounting records, financial reporting, and investor communication. - Implement operational processes and control frameworks for asset valuation, liaising with external valuers. - Develop and maintain relevant policies and procedures. - Contribute to the expansion of 6M's activities. - (Future Responsibility) Manage a team of fund accountants. - Develop efficient processes to support the AIFM's growth, including automation, software/API implementation, and liaising with developers. - Manage relationships with industry service providers, including auditors, law firms, and banks. - Attend technical training sessions. - Support executive management with various tasks, reflecting the dynamic nature of our start-up environment. 🔹 Profile: - Master's degree from a university or business school, or similar professional qualification. - 5-8 years of experience with Alternative Investment Funds (Private Equity) and/or Management Companies. - Excellent accounting skills. - Interest in Blockchain/Crypto ecosystems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage effectively. - Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Fluent in French and English. 🌟 Why Join 6M ? 🔎How 1% of crypto assets could optimize the risk/reward on a diversified portfolio?🔎 🌐6M has considered the benefit of adding 1% of Bitcoin ("BTC") in a traditional diversified portfolio composed of 20% of US equity, 25% of international equity and 55% of fixed income. 📊The analysis was performed from 2019 to 2023, adding 1% of BTC in a diversified portfolio had the following impacts: ✅ It has always led to a decrease of volatility; ✅ A positive effect on the Sharpe ratio which measures risk/reward, except in 2021 but it is the lowest impact in absolute value; ✅ A positive effect on the average daily log-return, except in 2021 but it is the lowest impact in absolute value. 💡Overall from 2019 to 2023, adding 1% of BTC in a diversified portfolio has provided a downside protection and/or enhanced returns.
