TGS Baltic client Civinity, one of the largest building maintenance and engineering solutions company groups in the Baltics, has made a private placement of MEUR 5.7 bond issue meant for financing a new transaction in Latvia. All the bonds of this issue have been acquired by the investment fund INVL Bridge Finance controlled by Mundus. AB Civinity expands its business in Latvia and will use the bond issue funds for acquiring shares in SIA Mobilly SPV along with the managers of SIA Mobilly.
