New exciting project ahead! 👏🇪🇺 We have signed financing of 86,000 Eur #EUinvestment for a total project of 129,000 Eur to develop an AI-based MELP extension that will help our mission of creating a connected, recognized, and rewarded workforce. MELP will create a prototype of an in-app tool that will evaluate changes in employee engagement and the likelihood of employee retention in the near future. It will help #HR professionals to better feel the climate of their teams and proactively address issues that could lead to employee dissatisfaction and turnover. Believing in the idea and the strength of his assembled team he together with business partners, independently raised 500,000 euros to establish the startup MELP aiming to combine HR Tech and FinTech 🙌

After 5 years of growth in the Baltics, where we became market leaders and transformed the EV charging experience, Inbalance grid is now expanding ambitiously into Central and Eastern Europe. ⚡ We are partnering with the Polish retail chain Stokrotka Sp. z o.o. to expand our public EV charging network to 30 Polish cities! This partnership is one of the largest investments of Lithuanian capital in Polish EV charging infrastructure. In the upcoming two years, we will install over 270 new EV smart charging points in 114 locations across Poland, with 60 new locations and over 130 charging points by the end of 2024 alone. By doing that, we’ll become one of the biggest public EV charging operators in Poland. 🚀 We’ve earned the trust of such a huge market player and not without some good reasons. :) 🟠 Due to our expertise and advanced solutions, we are installing the infrastructure without adjusting existing electrical inputs and offered quick project implementation, and who doesn’t love speed? Throughout my experience working with partners, I’ve noticed that businesses in retail and real estate are mainly looking for partners with whom they can feel at ease about future changes in the EV market. With our expertise, we are ticking all the right boxes. Looking forward, I’m sure that a successful partnership with Stokrotka will strengthen our position in further development in Poland and other Central European countries.
