Adding maxwell_protocol library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project"s directory:

cargo add maxwell-protocol

To add it manually, edit your project"s Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

maxwell-protocol = "0.25.0"

The maxwell_protocol library will be automatically available globally. Read the maxwell_protocol library documentation.
