Papilio troilus est communis species lepidopterorum generis Papilionis, in America Septentrionali endemica.[1] Speciei sunt duae subspecies, Papilio troilus troilus et Papilio troilus ilioneus, quarum hic in paeninsula Floridiana plerumque reperitur.[2]
Oecologia
[recensere | fontem recensere]Plantae hostae huius speciei plerumque sunt Lindera benzoin et Sassafras albidum.[3] Aliae sunt Zanthoxylum,[4] Liriodendron tulipifera, Magnolia virginiana, Cinnamomum camphora, et Persea borbonia.
