Magna potestas

Magna potestas est civitas sui iuris quae satis facultatem et calliditatem habet ut omnem orbem terrarum moveat. Magnis potestatibus proprie sunt res militaris et pondus oeconomicum, cum gratia diplomatica et momento potestatis mollis, faciens ut mediae et parvae potestates earum opiniones consultent antequam res pro se statuunt. Nonnullae civitates magnae potestates late habentur, cum index definitivus non est.
