Principales populo favendi artes, litteris Sinicis 齊民要術, pinyin Qímín yàoshù, est opus de re rustica Sinice anno fere 544 scriptum, auctore Jia Sixie. De agri et horti necnon arborum cultura, sericultura, animalium cura, medicina veterinaria, arte braxatoria et culinaria victualiumque conservatione disseritur. Scripta anteriora maiori parte deperdita citantur inter quae Fan Shengzhi shu et Simin yueling. Opus in decem libros, duos et nonaginta capitula divisum est, quorum index hic habes:
