Fukuiensis
Fukuiensis[1] (Iaponice 福井県 Fukui-ken) est praefectura Iaponiae anno 1871 constituta, urbe capitali Fukui, ad litora borealia insulae Honsuae et inter occidentales regionis Chubuensis limites sita. E duabus provinciis antiquis constituta est, cuius capita erant Wakasa et Echizen. In agris huius praefecturae latent formatio cretacea Kitadani, ubi reperta sunt plurima dinosaurorum fossilia, et locus archaeologicus Torihama aevo Jōmon frequentatus.
