Bāsam Rāʿfat Muḥammad Yūsif, Arabice: باسم رأفت محمد يوسف, scriptura Latina saepius Bassem Youssef (natus die 22 Martii 1974 Cairi) est chirurgus et praeclarus comicus Aegyptius.
