Amber is a Red River Métis student from Winnipeg who has been passionate about biology from a young age, exploring the natural world with a curiosity about how living things work. This interest led her to pursue Biological Sciences at the University of Manitoba. With the help of the scholarship, Amber has been able to maintain her independence and focus on her studies. Her next goal? A master’s degree in forensic sciences, where she aims to combine her love of learning and science with a desire to help others.
