🌍 World Youth Skills Day – Our interns are making an impact. 🎉 Today, in recognition of World Youth Skills Day, our talented interns engaged in an inspiring conversation that explored relevant themes such as the multigenerational workplace, cross-functional collaboration, and building a supportive network. Their insights resonated strongly with ITTers at all levels of experience, motivating us to collectively envision the future workplace, led by the next generation of talent. A special thank you to our panelists Jenna Cameron Ethan Sarpong, Chiara Bertolotto, Cheyenne White and Stefano Mancini Alaimo for sharing their diverse perspectives.

Today, we are pleased to share that ITT Inc.'s Svanehøj business has been awarded a contract to provide deepwell ammonia fuel pumps for eight bulk carriers equipped with a dual-fueling system, including a clean fuel system to handle ammonia and other sustainable fuels. This strategic agreement furthers Svanehøj's leadership position in the green energy transition as sustainable fuels are more widely adopted to reduce greenhouse gas emissions as part of the IMO’s “Net-zero by 2025” strategy. “Svanehoj continues to build trust with its customers through its experience in green applications, its flawless execution and rapid response times. Awards like this one provide strong recurring business and will bolster ITT’s sales for green solutions, which today represents approximately 16% of total annual revenue.” - ITT Inc. As Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month comes to a close, we celebrate the diverse contributions of AAPI communities and reflect on our ongoing journey toward fostering inclusion. Throughout the month, ITT’s BOLD – Building Our Leaders and Doers employee resource group shared opportunities for deepening our collective understanding and appreciation of the AAPI community. Additionally, BOLD continued its offerings of professional development opportunities through a “Learning from Failure” Workshop with Stevens Institute of Technology, allowing ERG members to equip themselves for career growth.
