As we continue taking our services closer to our customers, this week, led by our Chief Financial Services Officer Esther Masese Waititu, we were pleased to open two new Safaricom Franchise Shops in the Rift Region. In Nakuru, we opened the Pace Connect Safaricom Franchise Shop together with the General Manager Jacquline Mbala. The outlet is set to enhance service delivery to area residents. In Kericho, we officially opened the new Bon Voyage Safaricom Franchise Shop, joined by the shop's Operations Manager, Jackline Chepkirui. This is part of our efforts to roll out over 1,000 Francise Shops countrywide to serve customers better by bringing our services closer to the customer.
