One of our events this year, the psychologist asked participants to share their fondest memory from childhood and after five minutes of silence, only five people shared their fondest memories. The psychologist then asked the participants to share their worst memory. People didn't share but the energy changed. We will ask you to think on these questions and addition to be the adult you wished you had growing up. #healing #mentalhealth
