I use this program for almost all my assets. I've found it very helpful, so I figured I'd upload and share it for others.

Coding knowledge is helpful, but not at all required. I tried to write up a guide that makes it easy to use.

The online version is hosted on Google Colab and sadly not itch.io, since Itch doesn't have the tools necessary to setup Python environments and download all the libraries needed in the browser.

This is based on my Image-Converter Github repo that styles images. While you can download a zipped version of the Github repository below, I'd only recommend that if you know Python. If you want to just check it out/don't feel like fiddling with code, I highly recommend the online version.
