We’re proud to be recognized for our investment in Chatham county. Our new greenfield facility, which will be the world’s largest 200mm silicon carbide wafer fab, will deliver a tenfold increase in capacity to enable the adoption of silicon carbide semiconductors and make the electrification of everything possible. This facility in Siler City will leverage North Carolina's talented workforce from its top academic institutions, build connections with emerging high-tech professionals, and boost the local economy by creating approximately 1,800 new jobs.
