🌍 Driving the green future, part II: #NRWGlobal accompanies Mona Neubaur to Minnesota🌍 As part of Minister Mona Neubaur's US visit, #NRWGlobalBusiness continued its mission to strengthen ties with Minnesota, focusing on collaboration for a sustainable future. 🔋 Our journey began with a visit to Cummins Inc., a leader in hydrogen-powered energy solutions, with its European operations based out of Herten in #NRW. This meeting provided valuable insights into strategies for reducing global greenhouse gas emissions and advancing towards net-zero through innovative hydrogen technologies. 🎓 After a visit to the Minnesota State Capitol, we engaged with thought leaders and entrepreneurs at the University of Minnesota, exploring opportunities for cooperation in green energy, sustainability, and resilience. A dinner reception underlined our shared commitment to building a sustainable future together. 💼 Continuing the dialogue on Green Energy, we met with one of Minnesota's biggest tech players 3M, who also has had a major presence in NRW since 1951. We discussed deepening economic ties between Minnesota and NRW, aligning on our ambitious sustainability goals. 🎉 The visit culminated at the "Great Minnesota Get-Together" State Fair, where Minister Mona Neubaur and Commissioner Grace Arnold renewed our partnership agreements, setting the stage for continued collaboration with a focus on sustainability and green energy. ➡️ We're excited to continue building strong partnerships that drive sustainable growth and energy solutions on both sides of the Atlantic.
