#GunzeMedical sponsored a luncheon seminar at the 44th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Phlebology held at Karuizawa Prince Hotel West on June 13-14th.   Theme: Comprehensive Treatment for Venous Ulcers - New Treatment Routine to be Changed by EPIFIX Chairperson: Dr. Kazuhito Nagasaki (Shimokitazawa Hospital) Speaker: Dr. Hiroki Mitsuoka (Aichi Medical University) Speaker: Dr. Kazumasa Watanabe (Suzukake Central Hospital)   At the conference attended primarily by doctors for circulatory system, many doctors recognized our product name and attended the luncheon seminar, indicating that product recognition had progressed after one year since its launch. Both speakers gave lectures on tips on product usage and insurance systems while introducing many cases. On June 7-8th, #GunzeMedical attended the 52nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Toyama International Conference Center! This is a conference where neurosurgeons and plastic surgeons engage in vigorous discussions beyond the boundaries of their respective medical specialties. This time, we exhibited our new products and held a seminar in cooperation with surgeons in each department, receiving a lot of participation and feedback. It was a great opportunity to communicate with many physicians involved in pediatric neurosurgery.   6月7～8日に開催された第52回日本小児神経外科学会＠富山国際会議場に参加しました！ 脳神経外科医、形成外科医がそれぞれ診療科の枠を超えて闊達なディスカッションが行われる学会です。 今回私たちは、それぞれの診療科に於けるクラニオサージャンと協力して、 新製品の展示、セミナーを実施しました。 多くの参加、反響が得られ、また小児神経外科に関連する多くの医師との意思疎通を図る事が出来ました。 #PediatricNeurosurgery #Gunze 

At the 124th Annual Congress of Japan Surgical Society held at AICHI SKY EXPO from April 18 to 20！   #GunzeMedical co-sponsored a luncheon seminar and two doctors gave lectures.   Theme: Minimally invasive surgery for locally advanced rectal cancer: robot-assisted surgery vs. transanal approach Chairperson: Dr. Yusuke Kinugasa (Tokyo Medical and Dental University) Speaker: Dr. Takeru Matsuda (Kobe University) Speaker: Dr. Hiroki Takahashi (Nagoya City University)   Dr. Matsuda and Dr. Takahashi spoke from the perspective of transanal approach and robot-assisted surgery, respectively, and discussed the merits and challenges of each approach. We attended the 96th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Gastric Cancer Association held at the Kyoto International Exhibition Hall MIYAKO MESSE from February 28 to March 1.   Two doctors gave lectures at the luncheon seminar. Theme: Gastric Cancer: Minimally Invasive Era - Expert Techniques and Traditions Chairperson: Dr. Takahiro Kinoshita (National Cancer Center Hospital East) Speaker: Dr. Shigeo Hisamori (Kyoto University) Dr. Takeshi Omori (Osaka International Cancer Institute)   Although the weather was unfavorable during the conference and cold rain fell, many doctors attended the conference. The gastric cancer treatment guidelines were revised based on the results of JLSSG0901, and it is expected that gastric cancer surgery will become increasingly minimally invasive in the future. In light of this current situation, the two speakers discussed their efforts on how to pass on their surgical techniques to the next generation. 2月28日～3月1日に京都市勧業館みやこめっせにて開催された、第96回日本胃癌学会総会に参加しました。   ランチョンセミナーでは二人の先生に講演いただきました。 テーマ：胃癌 低侵襲時代 ‐ エキスパートの手技と伝承 ‐ 座　長：木下 敬弘 先生（国立がん研究センター東病院） 演　者：久森 重夫 先生（京都大学） 大森 健 先生（大阪国際がんセンター）   学会期間中は天候に恵まれず、冷たい雨が降るなかでの開催でしたが、多くの先生方にご参加いただきました。 JLSSG0901の結果を受けて胃癌治療ガイドラインが改訂され、今後、胃癌手術はますます低侵襲化が進んでいくことが見込まれます。このような現在の状況を踏まえて、演者のお二人には、ご自身の手術手技をどのように次世代に引き継いでいくのかについて、取り組みを語っていただきました。 #GunzeMedical #Gunze #GastricCancer #MinimallyInvasive
