We are delighted to announce that we now have a new majority shareholder, Ardian, investing for a new phase of growth, alongside BNP Paribas Developpement & our DIAM management. After a successful collaboration with Ardian between 2016 and 2018, DIAM Group · Retail & Merch Solutions has since continued to grow and strengthen its geographical positions, supported by EMZ Partners and a consortium of investors including BNP Développement, IDIA Capital Investissement and SOCADIF Capital Investissement. Our group employs over 3,200 people across 30 sites in 20 countries, offering local support all over the world. DIAM's growth stems from our geographic expansion, extended product range, and strong customer relationships. Recognized as front runners in CSR, we collaborate with beauty and luxury brands, providing comprehensive services from consulting and design to production, delivery, installation, and recycling. For over 50 years, we've partnered with top names like L'Oréal, LVMH, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Richemont, Shiseido, CHANEL, and independent brands. Ardian, knowing DIAM since many years, will support the management team's strategy of: - Reinforcing CSR benefits and social commitment - Developing Visual Merchandising, Shopfitting, Niche Packaging, Connectivity and In-Store Services, through a number of organic initiatives and possible acquisitions - Developing all DIAM Group brands: DIAM, Prugent, Fieldflex #EasyRetail, FPM - Fine Packaging Manufacturers, MR, retail3D, CONEX DIGITAL LLC, B2D LLC. Thrilled to share a recent project we completed for SEPHORA at DIAM UK Ltd! Our team developed and produced beautiful fixtures that were installed on May 24th and 25th at White City and Stratford locations. These fixtures are not only designed with a prestige look to elevate the window display, but they are also made of 95% recycled material, in line with our commitment to sustainability.♻️ The structure at Stratford is also re-usable and can be cladded with new elements in the future, offering both flexibility and environmental responsibility!🌱   It's been incredibly rewarding for our team to help SEPHORA elevate the design of their windows and see their vision come to life while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, sustainable solutions on a tight schedule.
