In the Townhall presented by Atsushi Hasegawa, VP & GM, Japan🗾, he celebrated our strong brand performance and outlined the goals for the rest of the year. Our Japan team followed-up with a lunch party and partook in bowling games where cross-functional communication took center stage. Crocs United Singapore hosted our 2024 CU Bowling Tournament, and it was a fun and exciting event to discover the hidden bowling talents on Crocs Team! 🎳🎉 After three exhilarating rounds of bowling, we proudly announced the winners of the individual category for female and male bowling champions, and winners of the team category who attained the top team scores. Fantastic celebration ensued, awarding our victorious winners with trophies and cash vouchers. 🏆🎁 A well-earned respite from the hectic workdays and excellent performance from our employees who sacrificed very much for the first half of 2024. Aside from gutter-balls and delectable food, the tournament was a wonderful opportunity for our Crocs Singapore to unwind, engage in meaningful conversation, and strengthen our Crocs Team. Recently last week, our Jinjiang Office hosted a First Aid Training session in collaboration with our employee insurance vendor, ICBC-AXA Life Insurance. During the session, our employees received comprehensive training covering essential first aid techniques such as CPR, the Heimlich Maneuver for choking incidents, and methods for controlling bleeding.   We firmly believe that investing in our team's safety and wellbeing is paramount. With this training, our employees now have the confidence and skills to provide immediate assistance in case of an emergency.
