The beginning of March marks the start of peak season here in Japan.  The last two months have been quite eventful at Eighty Days, as while we were preparing for cherry blossoms season, our office moved, we celebrated our bonnenkai (New Year Party) with all our new joiners and we attended business events such as the Japan Luxury Showcase. True to our sustainability commitments and in order to bring colours to the office, we are receiving every month loose branches initially destined to be thrown away by flower shops. The last 2 weeks were the last chance for all the snow lovers to enjoy skiing and snowboarding in Japan. This year, as expected, the weather conditions continued to decline and the ski season has been difficult with many ski resorts having less snow than usual. Next season, instead of going to famous resorts such as Hakuba and Niseko, why not try a lesser-known area such as Zao Ski Resort and take advantage of it to visit Yamagata Prefecture?
